General Hospital viewers will notice a new face for Lucky this upcoming week. Jonathan Jackson has been temporarily recast, with Guy Wilson taking over the part. Wilson is best known for playing Will Horton on “Days of Our Lives” (2014-2015), and General Hospital fans might not remember but Guy Wilson’s appearance as Lucky Spencer isn’t his first time on the show. He previously played a young Luke Spencer in a flashback episode that aired on March 10, 2006. That episode explored a “what if” scenario where a young Tracy and Luke met.

It’s currently unclear how long Guy Wilson will play Lucky Spencer. For now, he’s scheduled to appear in Tuesday’s episode (February 18, 2025).
